Sea to Sky Outfitters Return Policy
We do not except returns on any items; however, we will exchange an item.
Our policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 calendar days no exchanges will be made.
To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, including with the original tags still on the item, and your receipt.
Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the item unless exchanging due to manufacture defect.
When shipping a return, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our Return Process
All items must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you ship your return to us. Any item without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and the item will not be returned to sender unless you pay to have the item shipped back to you.
- Make sure the item is in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.
- To request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request the RAN and include your order number.
- You will be asked the reason for your return.
- If your return is for another size or color, please be prepared to state the new size or color that you desire.
- If your return is due to manufacturer’s defect, we will pay your return shipping costs and replace your item with the same size and color.
- If your return is approved, you will be issued a RAN and the mailing address for returning your item. Please be sure to enclose your RAN with your item when you package it for shipping.
- We process returns within 14 days from receipt.
